Requesting Photo Prints |
To inquire about obtaining
8x10 or larger photo prints from the galleries:
- Make a note of the file identification
code listed beneath the desired image(s) [ example - D_OBB0075 ]
- Send your inquiry using
the handy email form (or your own email program) to
, listing the desired image identification code(s) and all pertinent
information (size, quantity, mailing address, email address, etc.)
- Your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours by email. Full cost with mailing/shipping will be quoted.
- If
satisfactory, mail your payment by certified check or postal money order
- Prints will be ordered and shipped within 5 days (no prints are stocked,
each order is handled personally by the author)

Odd print sizes are
priced as if they were the next standard size that would accommodate
the dimensions.
For example, a 12x15 print would cost the same as a 12x18, or an 11x17
would cost the same as a 12x18. An extreme example would be a 25x30,
which would
jump up to a 30x40 price because of the 25 inch dimension.
Mailing costs for 1-3 day priority mail (12x18 and larger ship by other means) will
be quoted by email per request prior to any payment being accepted. |
Please note that most
photos in these galleries are shown in approximately the height/width proportions
of the original digital camera format, which does
not
conform to the
proportions
of some standard print sizes. Some cropping may be necessary when making
photo
prints
in order to fit standard photo/frame sizes. Panoramic photos obviously
do not fit standard photo formats, but can still be printed. However, they
must
be sized by the longest dimension which fits standard photo papers, and
pricing will reflect the standard sizes, even if the photo does not fill
the photo paper area. Due to varying pixel dimensions, some images may
not be recommended for prints larger than the 8X10 to 11x14 range. If you
should happen to request a particular image in a size larger than that
file is recommended for, you will be notified so you can decide what you
wish to do about changing or canceling that print. |
